Zelda and Mario on GameCube. . .

To put it bluntly, Nintendo`s pre-Spaceworld conference was a bit on the lite side as far as new information and details are concerned. If it weren`t for the brief glimpses we got at Mario and Zelda running on the GameCube, we would`ve gone home disappointed.
But we did get a chance to see both games through one minute of video footage each. Game development master Shigeru Miyamoto himself introduced the titles and actually seemed rather shy about showing them in such an early state. Both games are indeed very early, with Mario Sunshine (still a tentative title) and Zelda (which isn`t even a title) scheduled for release, respectively, in Summer of 2002 and by Christmas 2002 (Miyamoto actually promised that Zelda would be out by Christams 2002 and made sure to make himself clear on that matter).

Zelda in action 8.2mb

What happened to the CGI shots we all saw earlier this year? tHe ones that were not cartoony.

Mario in action 6.9mb

Now that looks like a fun game. But if your getting sick of mario then I guess it wouldn\'t apeal to you.

I know. It should be posted here though. As long as its gaming news. And I don\'t have the power to move a thread so IM jus creating one. Besides the Mario Game looks fun.

Hey, that Mario game does look like it\'d be pretty fun... And I am sure that Zelda is going to be awesome too.  My only gripe is Zelda\'s NEW look.  I don\'t know if I\'m going to like.... I guess I\'ll just wait and find out.  Actually, I probably won\'t even get the chance to play this because I\'ll be gone by then, as in on my Mission
