I\'m not doing this to celebrate my 3500th post, or anything to that matter - I\'m doing this to inform about my near future, the changes it will bring, and a little bit about my current life, and how life has been
First of all - I have learned that you don\'t much speak about yourselves. The atmosphere at the board here is much different than it is, say, at TolkienOnline ( wich I have found myself on more frequently these days - the time I have dedicated there is starting to beat the time I dedicate here ).
Firstly, some good ol\' rewind. Backward, please.
Memories from the past.
Once upon a time, a young naive person, whom called himself Joyda appeared on Psx2central, found the site to his liking ( after adventures trough ex-ps2city and ps2web ), and discovered the \'forums\'-link in the panel to the left.
After pressing the \'forum\'-button a time or few, he found himself facing the registering button. Without any further thoughts, he pushed the link.
Then he faced a difficult question - wich screen-name to take? Many names passed his mind.. such as Mr. Yoda, Yoda, and those of such kind. Finally he found himself typing Joyda, like trough some co-insidence or act of fate - and he thought it was some kind of a sick joke wich nobody would understand, as the name would be alteration of Yoda, as pronounced almost likewisely, JOYda. da JOY.
anyways, this pesky little newbie knew not much about message-boards, as his only message-board experience had been at allpsx2.com, and only 30 posts of that experience I might add! So, he was more newbie than a newbie could.
but, soon he found himself hooked - hooked like a hooked can; like a worm to the hook, soon sinking to the deep dooms of the ocean. So he started to post, sillishly, stupidly, but very fast. Soon he reached the much sought-after 500 posts - before christmas, way before christmas, and so his early present was a picture. He chose a green Yoda-picture, wich had a funny touch to it.

The fast-paced post-rate continued, brought him many friends and got him trough 1000. Then, at the middle of the second thousand, on the brink of 1500, a conflict took place. A conflict that would change the future of Joyda.
It was the epic battle between Good and Evil, Light side and the Dark Side. Dark Side was destined to win, but little did this Joyda-fellow know!
So, after few weeks of great fighting, it was over, and so was Joyda. Then came the few weeks pause, the loooong break we had as our kingdom shattered and was rebuilt. And so came forth Darth Joyda, the man you see now.
Little did DJ learn, and so he continued on the fast-paced post-rate, but soon he found himself a life, so to speak, and at the brink of 3000, his post-rate fell down from about 22 per day to ( 11.63 ).
Yes, it has taken longer to create these 500 than it ever has - and I\'m bit of afraid that the next 500 will take as long, if not longer. This is the point where I\'m coming to.
You, fellow ps2-players, have been my support in my choice to buy ps2, and I don\'t know where I would be without you. To see you rant and rave about games, to be able to participate in them - it was all great!
But now, it is the time of another change. Change of me.
I\'m no longer what I am.
I have lived at my father\'s about 5 years ( my parents have divorced a long time ago ) - and my father has a cable-modem, ADSL, with a monthly-fee and unlimited internet-access. That has been providing me with all the time I have had
Now, I\'m moving to my mother, because of personal reasons. She has an internet-ready computer, but she hasn\'t opened the connection yet. We have a 56.6k modem, and not much money to spend to phone-bill.
what I\'m coming here to now is that you won\'t probably see me as much as you have here. Not anymore, I\'m afraid. It\'s an important year ( 9th glass ), I\'m still a boxer ( practises 2-4 times a week ), I have re-started my piano-lessons ( to get that damn 3/3 exam complete! ) and began to play tennis as well. This leaves a LITTLE time for internet - and indeed, when I am around internet, I will try to visit this place. But I warn you, I\'m pretty sure that I won\'t have enough time to do so in a looong time to come.
So, ADMINS, this is my last wish before the partial farewell.
change my name back to Joyda, as it used to be, and change my good ol\' first pic back - change the text under the picture to "Hairy Green Fellow" ( in green colour ).
