We can look at alot of designs out there and trace them back from somewhere. I mean that\'s where idea\'s come from we see something, store it in our brains and use it as reference to our new idea\'s.

I think the XBox vs. Xplod is a weaker comparison... unless you think a company can trademark a letter of the alphabet.  The Xplod is much flatter and more, um.. um, compact  And besides, how many ways can you build the X shape into a box?
