Gamecube Slogan?
« on: August 31, 2001, 07:25:27 PM »
"Nintendo has started its ad campaign and the Gamecube\'s new slogan is....."Born to Play." Its fitting since the GCN was made specifically to play games. Nintendo has started its campaign at Cartoon Network and Toonami. If you would like to see the slogan, head over to nintendo.com."

Yeap it is.Its in my tastes but the bad thing is that its not in most people\'s tastes.
They should add another slogan to accompany the "Third Place" one so they could get attention from people that dont like the present one alone.
Or they ahould get a totally new one.

Dreamcast\'s was "It\'s thinking," which ruled.

Now it\'s "The Ultimate Gaming Machine" or something like that, which though true, isn\'t anywhere near as good as the original slogan.

PS2\'s is "Welcome to the Third Place"   whatever that means!
\"In the last 12 months 100,000 private sector jobs have been lost and yet you\'ve created 30,000 public sector jobs. Prime Minister, you cannot carry on forever squeezing the productive bit of the economy in order to fund an unprecidented engorgement of the unproductive bit. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt.\" - Daniel Hannan
