That 100x100 expanded version looks like crap.  You need to find a bigger version of that image somewhere on the internet, and REDUCE it to 100x100.  Then hopefully it will look ok.

i had alot of trouble with my pic i had to resize it, and stuff about like 10-15 times till i got the desired effect....
