Madden 2002...

You think Madden 2002 is worth the money? I don\'t own 2001, but I rented it and found it quite good. I actually almost bought it when I first got my PS2 but I was low on money. I can\'t afford too many games, so is Madden 2002 a must-have you think? Are the improvements over 2001 substancial?

From what I hear Madden 2002 is improved over 2001 quite a bit

although if you can I\'d hold out and wait for comparisons from Segas 2K2 vs: EA\'s 2002

Cronus, wait for NFL 2k2. Have you played DC NFL2k1?  It has a much better game play than Maddan 2001. To this day no game can beat DreamCast NBA2k2 or NFL2k2.   I think PS2 NFL2k2 will rock.

yeah I prefer madden or 2k1, it depends what kind of football game you want, madden is a little bit more sim compared to 2k1, and madden 2002 has a lot of extra features that I doubt 2k2 will have, like franchise mode and you can creat a whole team also. very sweet game

eh, i like the madden 200(x) games over the nfl2k(x). they feel more like football SIMS rather than football action/arcade games. I\'m a realism kinda guy.
