Nhl 2002

What\'s your opinion on the game? ( I know it\'s not out yet), but what about any known info abuot it?

  How much better will it be than 2001? I have 2001 and am thinking of getting the new one in a week or so when it comes out.

     Anyone know anything about it at all?




( i know in 2001 it was hard to have a realistic game. the score would always be something rediculous like 3-15 )

I\'ve heard a lot of cool things have been done with the game such as a EA Story.  I guess the game remembers what happened like, there was a hard hit and then the other team would be in a way after that player.  Then theres jumping passes where u flick it over the peoples sticks, also now, they will kick the puck up from there skates of it is behind them instead of skating forward.


All i care about is making the goalies at least 7 times better.  I hate hockey games where the scores are 17-0  22-1.  And then u boost up the difficultly and the computer scores like crazy and the goalies dont change.

Also It will have DTS sound ingame. That\'s great!!:D

AGREED! Most important thing!

I don\'t know, i played some hockey games, but they a lot seemed like soccer games on ice.
I\'m currently looking for a good hockey game, i still haven’t decided on one...
