I would suggest those people go buy a VGA adaptor and play Shenmue in 640x480.

GLORIOUS!! I don\'t fully know if they could port the game and make it look this good as it does on the VGA Box.

He\'s right, Shenmue is amazing on VGA.. although I wish the DC\'s max rez was up around 800x600 at least cause there are jaggies everywhere. Ironic actually, that you\'re right on two counts Altered.. the VGA box does make the jaggies stand out a lot more but the crispness and colordepth more than make up for that. (Remember that convo we had on PSO bout TV\'s blurryness actually being a form of weak Anti-Aliasing...)

Sides, after seeing RE:CVX on PS2 and seein those NFL2k2 screens, I\'d rather see Shenmue stay on the DC until a full, easy, and widely avaliable method of Texturestreaming is developed.

My TV is so blurry from bleed that it is perfect AA. but yeah, I do remember that conv. :)


If they port them, they do it better than DC or not at all. Or just stay on DC forever. I don\'t want a game like this being screwed up.

ok I got a news letter from gamespot saying they had a preview on Shenmue2 for both ps2 and Dc???.....weird huh?
