This is FREAKY... prediction by Nostradamus concerning the terrorist-attack!

Very unlikly, but still good point made.  Maybe the terrorists (which i will want to be drafted to kill) are trying to mess with our minds getting us worried about this and then sneek attack something else.

Actually I believe the 2 airplane attacks was the perdiction and was mis interpreted to be a nuclear attack

I believe Nostradamus perdicted unrest between the WOrld and the Middle East, primarily the US and the Middle East which would heighten in the 90\'s (Gulf War)  and be fought on and off through 2020
We would also suffer economic turn down as we are beginning to see now.

I thought there would be websited dedicated to Nostradmus\'s writings but I could find little. Nostradamus also visioned the 3rd Anti-Christ as a man with a Blue Turbin. The 1st 2 we\'re Napolian and then Hitler

You know, Nostradamus isn\'t gonna get everything right. There not gonna even translate everything right.

This is what i believe. Our future isn\'t set in stone. We have CHANGED events so things that he has predicted hasn\'t happened, and things that have happened. but the timing was wrong, may have been changed by a certain event.

Nostradamus should never be taken literally. The prophecies he made are like those in The Bible. Complex - and very easily misunderstood.

And yes, Nostradamus has made mistakes. Or we see those propechies in that light. But we also might not understand.

If nostradamus was a prophecist, he saw visions of the world today. He saw a vision of what happened last tuesday. Of course he didn\'t understand what he saw, and so he wrote them in the matter of those days.

Same goes with the bible and it\'s predictions. It was humans who wrote it, after all. Believe in the spiritual side or not, it was made by humans, trough the voice of God. The propechies there told were all visions - and as there was no technology then, the technology at that time was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to describe.

No it doenst actually, the book of Revelation (read it, it is a good read) was written by a man called John on some island of Greece.

He was given the visions of the end times, and wrote them all down for the bible. God gave John the vision to warn all those who WANT to listen about what WILL happen eventaully, whether it happens next week or next century, no one knows.

Because God intended the Bible to be accurate, he would not have allowed John to misinterprete things he had seen. The things that John seen and wrote down maybe to complex for us to understand AT PRESENT. Maybe next century, the book of Revelation will make total sense.

We must remember that Nostradamus always wrote in a complex language/structure so he wouldn\'t get killed and the like. And we must remember that at the time he lived they didn\'t have words for many of the things he saw... and finally, the translations can be off.

We must also remember that sh!t happens and it doesn\'t mean that he or the bible predicted it. Maybe someone did predict it. Maybe some terrorist read it and took it to heart. Maybe, we have mis-interperted it, so that it fits our situation. There is a lot of "maybe\'s" in this situation.

the recent translations being circullated are questionable, but Nostradamus did perdict that NYC would suffer a horror  and he did vision 2 missles or planes.

How do I knwo this

in the mid 80\'s HBO did a documentary on Nostradamus, and one of the few things I remember is the attack on NYC.

If HBO can put up a documentary of Nastradamus\'s visions in the 80\'s and  talk of 2 missles that would strike NYC  at about this time its a little more then coincidence to me. The images of that documentary are burned in my brain, and the similiarities to what has happened and what the documentary said would happen are eerie

Unfortunaltely I haven\'t seen the documentary in 15 or so years, and everything Nostradamus on the net is  unaccesible, but I do believe with very little doubt he saw this vision
