MS Train Simulator Tech Question

I Just bought Train Simulator
I installed it on two different PCs and still have trouble...

AFTER I CLICK PLAY THE COMPUTER LOCKS UP...

This occurs on the following...

Windows ME
Pentium 3 @ 1 Ghz
128 Ram
16 Video Ram
40 Gig HDD

WHEN I BLICK ANY BUTTON (PLAY INCLUDED) I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR

"TRAIN SIM REQUIRES HARDWARE ACCELERATION"

This occurs on the following...

Windows 2000
Pentium 3 @ 933 Mhz
256 Ram
32 Video Ram
40 Gig HDD
