Microsoft Corp. is donating $10 million dollars to relief groups and government agencies to help deal with the tragic events that happened at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
The gift consists of $5 million in cash and $5 million worth of software. The cash is earmarked for the United Way of New York’s September 11 Fund and The New York Community Trust.
The software giant is taking other measures to help out, including encouraging its 44,000 employees to make donations (which MS will match up to a certain amount), organizing an on-campus blood drive and helping customers in New York and at the Pentagon to rebuild damaged computer networks.
Nostrafishy sez :And from the skies the old goat will hear a voice calling and the old goat will be no more . Gone will be the days of children replaced by a grim reality of dark horror , death mayhem and destruction will take over . Among all the horror however one mans vision will still stand and by the public will it be condemned for being a reminder of lighter more innocent days . This reminder wil cost them dearly and soft they will go from that moment on .
See I told you guess M$ is really a good company.
