After a quick examination, I believe it is a fake for two main reasons:
1. All the other objects between the helicopter and the water are shrouded in a mist created by the rotors, but the shark is not.
2. Sharks of this size are extremely unusual for the Pacific coast, and especially the SF Bay. You\'d be more likely to see one this size in the Atlantic, but still it would be very very rare.
BTW, I can\'t be sure about this, but the shark\'s mouth does not look right. I believe they don\'t contort like that when the shark is alive... Maybe it started as an image of a dead shark displayed on a pier or something... Also, as nO-One said, sharks are not known to leap out of the water like Dolphins, especially with a helicopter hovering there.
