static during title screen and credits

I have tried a few different things with no success.Looking for something new to try.This affects dvd pictures as well.

What game is this? Because I dunno what "credits" you are talking about.... Perhaps they are meant that way?

Static occurs in all games and DVDs.Mainly at the title screens and credits.

That could be either the TV or the connection you have.... You should get that cord dingy that hooks up directly to the TV.... That\'s some good quality there.:D
