man i felt sooo good when i read this statement from Capcom and so might all of u if u read it!

cyas sorry about another RE topic!!

Maybe there should be a RE forum like the GT3 Forum
or maybe u should get all the top franchises eg: MGS, RE, TR and so on and make 1 each for them. just a suggestion.

I have no problem with Resident Evil on the gamecube, as long as it looks and plays great. After all, it\'s all about games isn\'t it? I wanted to get a Gamecube before this announcement...

I\'m not sweating it ps2 is getting onimusha 2(which imo is a better game than RE series) and DMC which both are awesome games.  :thepimp: :thepimp: :thepimp:

But......... u know it would be good to c RE4+ still on PS2 because sooo many millions out there would have to love the series? and since RE started out on PSX ppl would also think that RE would be on PS2? well i did. so that virtually was 1 of the reasons the reason i got a PS2 because im such a big fan. im also i big fan of FF Series and TR series. i dont know wat i would do if those 2 series was also taken to another console? wouldnt u? its just that i dont have enough money to buy a NGC and my parents wont buy it for me! since im only 15 i cant earn enough in 2 years to buy 1 so i dont know wat im gonna do now, im just hoping RE will stay wit PS2 even if they do make RE for NGC as long as i get it for PS2 im happy.

Playstation expert its cool man you still can buy RE:Code Verinoco X for ps2.  Then well after that when you get DMC you won\'t even be thinking about RE.  :)

Yeh ur probably right jezzus im probably threating over nothing. HOPE So if NGC gets Capcom i hope to wish i do not remember RE again. if so my sorrows will drown back in :P

Capcom is being loyal to Nin like they do with Sega DC.  RE: CV X was made for DC and other 2d street fighters games.  they\'re being loyal to these consoles.  But don\'t worry, even PS 2 have some great titles too.  Remember RE: CV?  well after poor sales on DC, it was redone for PS2, the same could be said if that happens to Nin.

Seriously tho, I really doubt that Capcom will actually make all future RE games totally exclusive to NGC.. expecially when there is all the more money to be made on PS2 and Xbox. I can see maybe one true sequel being exclusive before having the series switch platforms yet again, or having the games re-released on other platforms. After all.. Resident Evil: Code Veronica WAS Dreamcast exclusive.....

That means if the console goes for its normal lifespan then a Resident Evil will be getting released every year. People will soon get sick of it unless the radically change something(Tomb Raider anyone?) I\'m sick of it already

I think it will be exclusive only for few months. Capcom knows that RE series on GC won´t be a best seller (kids) and I´m sure the games based on RE series will come out lately for PS".
