Everyone please read! (Yes, you too!)

Greetings.

I\'m not sure how everyone else feels on this, but I\'d like to ask for a favor from the great posters that make up this community.

Please be careful when talking about a game so that no spoilers are given without warning. Or if you need help in a game, please ask for help and don\'t specify the problem in the thread..

(i.e,. I need help in Silent Hill 2) instead of (I need help killing Joe the last Boss and solving the super-cool water puzzle)

There\'s nothing worse than spoilers (for me) .. and I\'m sure there are others that feel this way. I\'m scared of reading anything regarding ICO or SH2 lately, because I don\'t want to risk finding something out.

Are there any others that feel this way? Or am I just being stupid? Or is everyone just going to ignore this thread? Please think of your fellow gamers.

I understand and agree completely.  I hope I didn\'t spoil anything in my mini-review of Silent Hill 2 - I did try to keep non-spoilage in mind.  People just need to use common sense regarding what is or is not a spoiler.  

I don\'t have anything against spoilers as long as I\'m given warning in the subject or at the beginning of the post.

Many apologies for any info disclosed on SH2, but I figured it was right at the beginning of the game, which I\'m assuming most have past.  Ico has online help, if any is needed, at PS2ign and I\'m sure that a SH2 guide will be up shortly. With this in mind, I\'m sure the talk of sploiler content should be limited in the near future.

I agree. Please if you are planing to include spoilers on your thread give us warnings on the title and in the beginning of your post.

Not to worry Sara, you didn\'t spoil anything @ all. Same goes for you Zav. Actually most people have been good with not spoiling things lately. I just thought I\'d bring it up to be on the safe side.

hell, when i say something about FF7, i still put a spoiler warning up...if someone hasnt played it, im not taking someething great away from them

I almost considered not coming here till I beat ICO + SH2, but that may be a little extreme. So I posted this thread instead. I sure as hell wouldn\'t want to know anything about upcoming games, MGS2, DMC, FFX, etc. It\'s gotten to the point, that I won\'t even look @ any new screenshots of those games, because when I play them, I want to be completely surprised. I am super anal, I know.

heh,  ive avoided the forums since ico and sh2 came out...i havent even gone back to the thread i started "ICO and SILENT HILL 2" because i mainly asked for people\'s opinions of the games and was afraid that someone would have blurted something out that i didnt need to know yet...

but anyways....theres this really cool part in silent hill 2 where this guy finds a head in the toilet...lol  just kidding

There\'s a vBB hack which enables a "spoiler code" thing.  Basically, any text inserted between the [spoiler] tags is automatically changed to black and placed over a black background with the words "SPOILER" written on top.  To read the message, you just need to highlight the text.   Hard to explain, but I\'ve used it at another forum and it\'s worked quite well.

Unfortunately, I don\'t know where to find it, but maybe SoulGrind or one of the other admins can look into it.

Yeah, they use it on the Home Theater Forum as well. Nice feature.

Yes, I know how you people who have been "spoiled" feel..I now know the ending to ffx thanks to some moron who replied to a topic (the topic wasn\'t even about the story it was about chocobo racing..) and he just said it in like 2 lines.. without warning..

He got banned for like 2 months the moderator told me

I don\'t know THAT much about it.. but it still sucks..

Anyway, if anyone spoils ICO for me i\'m gonna KILL THEM!
