Ok Bossieman Write and Email or Snail mail to you Local Sony Complaints deparment and explain the Full situation, Explain to them that you problem is with the Distributer
EGMONTON and give full Deatils with your greef with this company, the chances are that other people have had the same problem if its the Distributer.
Complaining to Sony "NICELY" will inform them that the Problem lies with
EGMONTON and you require help in this situation.
Remember to keep a copy of your letter and request a date for
EGMONTON them to send your PS2 to you, if not then request an update in your "case" and set a date saying that you would like to know of any futher developments in this problem.
