Actually, its dead in here because there is nothing to talk about. SHOCKING!!!

Its one of those periods in between really good game releases where there is nothing to talk about. Its no big conspiracy involving the mods.

I know for one thing that the moderators here are a little anal.
And nothing kills a board like anal moderators.
It takes all the fun out of posting.
I started a thread about a EA\'s NCAA football a while ago.
The review was well done, people\'s responces were good, we were all having fun, then a couple of guys (myself included) were giving props to our "teams" going back and forth a little but being totally cool abou it, and whadda ya know, some jacka$$ spouts off and said, "ok thats it, this if off topic now, it\'s being moved."
I was thinking get a life you moron (and i\'m sure a lot of people on here were thinking the same)It\'s stuff like that that makes people just want to ......well, leave.
I know maybe the topic starting turning but SO WHAT???? If was FUN! You know ....FUN! We were having a little FUN!
Iv\'e seen it happen before on a few boards, some over anal moderators run people off.

Thats all people. If the mods lighten up a little, I think people will have more fun on this board.
Oh and thats not the ONLY thing that I have seen happen, There are TONS of things.
I urge people to speak up and give their own experiences.
So that way maybe some of the mods can get a better understanding.
They all need to lighten up. You have the power, ok, we understand, can you leave us alone now.
If not we can leave (which I believe a lot of people have)

yea but see there were times when i would not come here and all of a sudden there would be more then a page of new threads and posts

thats what i miss and thats why i dont visit as much to the main forum anyways - but yea i also have to go with gohan on this one

I do agree, Gman2, overly zealous mods are hell on a game board.  I never did care for separating off-topics from on-topics, what\'s the point?  It\'s not any fun that way and if we can\'t have fun on a board devoted to video-games, then why the hell bother coming to a board devoted to video-games?

The mods should be far more concerned with cracking down on pathetic brain-dead dip****s like the recently retarded Animal Mother and leave topics that stray slightly alone.  Just my opinion...though I would like to reiterate that Animal Mother is a pathetic braind-dead dip****, it bears repeating...

Look, Gman2, this forum has been going.. and going great.. for about 2(3?) years with basically the same mods. We\'ve had up times, we\'ve had downtimes.. but this board has not only survived.. but has thrived where alotta others had failed... execially ones with very lenient mods. (Cough* PS2k.net *Cough) I\'d say the mods here have done a dam fine job, and it\'s not yours or anyone else\'s place to critisize them.
