USA is attacking Afghanistan!

Can you imagine if the 4 planes slammed into 4 different nuclear power plants ???  North America would glow for thousands of years...

I think this sucks bigtime, I hate this situation.
There is a pretty big risk that we are going to see the end of mankind and i am not joking. I have never been afraid of this before, but now i actually thinks that we are going to erase the human race within 30 years or so. I dont find that funny at all. For me as a civilian in Sweden this is so very very wrong. I know we all have different opinions on this but I feel really bad about this.
Biological weapons and chemical weapons may be used against US and UK.
Its a fu(king nightmare!! What kind of world are we living in? Is this what 30 000 years of human civilisation has managed to do? I refuse to think that it has to be something else.

Bossieman, i respect your views on a lot of things but in a situation like this what you are saying is making me upset.  Maybe its because you dont live in America and you were not here when it happend.  Maybe it wasnt on every single television station for 24 hours a day, playing the incident over and over, showing the afgahns celebrating, showing pictures of the aftermath, and the reporters saying how few people they were finding.  Maybe its because all those american flags that are proudly displayed on houses/cars/buildings dont mean what they mean to me.  I know for one thing, and I know 99% of my fellow americans will agree with me that I\'m not going to just sit back and say "Oh ok Bil Laden, you killed around 10,000 people in our country--lets negotiate."  Its not rational.  Sure bombing isnt rational either but until we think of some better way of dealing with this kind of sh!t, to me, its the most rational idea there is.

How in the heck do you know?   And you have not given one reasonable thing that we should do.  It\'s just amazing that you seem smart on some things, but totally whacked on this one.

Well, if our opponent were civilized, this situation never would have happened. Civilized people do not massacre innocents. And even if they aren\'t civilized in thinking, the Taliban is the anti-civilization, removing technology, scientific, and social advances from their nation, trying to return to a \'pure\' existence which never existed in the first place. Get rid of the uncivilized, and civilization has less to worry about.

I think you have some issues to work out when it comes to religion. Would you say the same thing if we were back in the 40\'s? Would you be saying this about Hitler and his gang? What are we supposed to do sit back and let these animals bomb our people?

err, you can\'t lol, we are all animals, with bigger brains, which thrive on violence.

It\'s easy to drop bombs, and launch cruise missles.  Just wait untill ground troops are sent in.  There\'s gonna be alot of Americans coming back in body bags.  I hope the number is low.

Same thing was said about the Gulf War.

Aghanistan is most likely the weakest foe we\'ve ever fought militarily. They number a mere 45,000 soldiers, and can barely even keep them armed. We are not fighting an organized army by any means. Not that I see a quick victory, because they do have one great asset: The terrain. It\'s up to the Northern Alliance to help us around that shortfall, as they know the terrain well too.

In the end, our victory is inevitable. Five days of bombing, and it\'s been all good. It\'s the easy part of course, but we\'ll win this. We\'re the US of ****ing A baby, and when we want to kick ass, asses invariably end up kicked.

Northern Alliance isnt really much better than the tallibans..
They have the same faith and so on.. (Dont think that the NA is gods gift to the people.. They\'re just as greedy as the Tallibans!)

I dont think the Afghan people will welcome them if theyre no better than the Tallibans.

40 000 crates wont help much.. And if Bush had any info on Afghanistan he\'d know most of the country is mountains and desert..
