GunCon2 ?

anyone know where i can get the IMPORT GunCon2 ? i want my gun to be black, not no fruity orange

I had my friend who\'s an art student at Sheridan College- that\'s where Disney, EA, and Industrial Light and Magic hire people.  He did an amazing job.  It looked pathetic being Orange, now it looks like a real gun!  I like how on the back of Time Crisis 2 there\'s a warning:

WARNING! :  Never point The Guncon2 at anyone, at anytime.
         :  Do not repaint any part of The Guncon2.

         :  Do not modify the Guncon2.  If the Guncon2 is mistaken for a real weapon you could be hurt.


It\'s a God damn light gun game for **** sakes, I got mine painted from an Art student because it looks butt ugly being bright Orange.  Why couldn\'t they pick a cooler color?  I must admit the Guncon 2 is of excellent quality.  It accuracy is 100%

Does the Guncon work with Rear Projection TVs?  I can\'t find anything on this anywhere.  The box says something like "may not work with projection tvs," but it doesn\'t say whether they\'re talking about REAR projection or FRONT projection.  The Namco website doesn\'t say ANYTHING about it.

That\'s where I get my imports. Not sure about the GunCon thing though, I\'m too lazy to check up on it for you.

I checked out another gaming site and the Mod says it worked perfectly on his Projection T.V.  They reccomend not to play Videogames on Projection T.V\'s.  I recently bought a 24 inch Sony Wega T.V and on the first page their is a warning about playing videogames on the TV.  I think they put the warning because they are not responsible if images get burned on the screen.  Just don\'t leave the game paused for long periods of time and turn down the color and turn up the Contrast on your T.V and you should be fine.  Coredweller, maybe you should rent the game first to see if it works on your T.V just to be on the safe side.

Can you use the originall Gun Con with Time Crisis 2??

Yeah I wish the gun wasn\'t orange either.  How can I impress all my friends and the ladies playing my video games with an orange gun.  I\'m sure if it was black I\'d look so damn cool that it would impress everyone I know.  Hell, I\'d walk down the street with it just to impress everyone if it was black.

Now...why the heck would you want to paint a toy gun to look like a real gun? What if you decide to go to your friend\'s house with this game and you happen to lug the painted plastic gun with you? Can you imagine the stares you\'ll get when people see you with it? Would you blame someone for mistaking your toy gun as a real one coz it\'s been painted to look more realistic?

Let real guns look like real guns.

I\'m an old fart, and in my day toy guns were made to look real. That is the whole purpose of toys and especially videogames-- realism.

Just because of a handfull of brain-dead evil bastards who misuse guns (real, or toy) we have to have fruity colored-anti-realistic pieces of crap.

I know it\'s trivial, but it\'s the precedence it sets that pisses me off!

well obviously you dont know how to transport stuff..thats what bags or bookbags are for..to CARRY stuff. who the hell would carry a orange gun in their hand/none the less, a black one in the streets ?

The question still stands....why make a fake gun look real?

Here\'s my advice. Go to a shooting range and have fun. Let real guns look like real guns.

mmh, here in holland we have the same thing. Only clear and blue/orange guns are accepted, people spray piant em black though (that what my cousin did to his airgun)
