GTA3 is one of the best games I\'ve ever played!!

I\'ve been playing it for about 5hours today, doing a few missions and just generally checking out the city. I did a few more missions just now, then saved. I went to check my stats, I\'d only done 4% of the game!!! The game must be huge!! Most games *cough* Z.O.E *cough* Onimusha *cough* are over after 5 hours, whereas GTA3 has hardly begun!

This game looks like it is turning out to be the sleeper hit of the year.  I remember just looking back in my ps2 magazines and noticing GTA3 but not really looking foward to it as much as Silent Hill 2 or Devil May Cry, but now its like I need to get as much of this game as physically possible.  Hell, there is more buzz about GTA3 in the main forum then there is about DMC in its own forum.  Guess it just proves that marketing isnt everything.

I had GTA2 for Dreamcast and it was good.  Is the gameplay way different from the 2nd.  I hear nothing but praise for GTA3.  I was thinking about picking it up, but I already bought Devil May Cry, Thunderstrike: Operation Phoenix, and Silent Hill 2.  I guess I\'ll have to wait a while!:D

It\'s not to say that the gameplay is "different"...its still a frenetic blast-fest!  But, with the "default" game view pulling the gamer "down into the city", it adds an element that MOST definitely separates it from the previous incarnations.  It also represented with much more realistic (i.e. less cartoony) people and vehicles & such.  I mean, now when I\'m in a car-jacked vehicle and I see a Caddie Eldorado pass me in the opposite direction...I\'m like, "Hey!, I wanna drive that BOAT for awhile" and spin around and take care of the driver.  And then there\'s the hookers...

Cool!  There\'s way too many great games coming out in such a short time, but that\'s a good thing!

well i am leaving the missions to find some cools stuff , well thats in between Driving a Taxi and getting fairs while sleeping with ho\'s and blowing apart (or Driving over the pimps) while shooting them with my Uzi !

GTA 3 IS THE BEST PSX2 GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!

Ahhh MAN!!!  I haven\'t pick up GT3A yet.  I forgot about this game.  I have to ask you guys one questioin.  Hows the frame rate?  Is it 60fps?  There is losts of postive reviews and this game got very high scores.   Nigs Reborn, sounds like Drive 2 when you can get in to different cars. What do you have to do in the game. I hope this game is not sold out.  I have to call in and find out.  

The frame rate is locked at 30fps, I\'ve never had any troubles with it. Its far better than Driver 2, so thats all that matters.

The game is loads of games in one, I mean it has a built in Crazy Taxi! Some aspects of Tony Hawk\'s (making the Unique Jumps is a bit like Hangtime gaps in THPS) loads of other mini games, its awesome
