Well, out there you have a thread about newbies... and in the top of this page you´ve a button that says "f.a.q". In both sites you have an answer about this.

Anyway here you are:

1) Copy the image address (http://www.blablabla...)

2) Write [img]copied_address[./img] without the point in front of /.
