Ace Combat or Top Gun?

I am interested in getting one of these games.
Which one should I Get?
I am looking for the one with:

- The most action
- A variety of planes
- Most visualy stunning
- Interesting story/gameplay
- Two Players if possible

Let me know what you think.

But I think from what I read and the people I talk to.  That AC4 is gonna be it..

Game looks awesome, has gotten excellent reviews and high praise.  Once I get it I will let you all know..

I am also a big fan of Falcon 4.0 so Im not that big into arcade type sims, but I have high hopes for AC4....

I want a more arcade one anyways, I would never look to a console for a replicate simulator anyways!

AC4 is cool, a little too short for me though
I wonder how the replayability is for TopGun...
