Wipoutzone\'s impressions!

"WipeoutZone visit to Studio Liverpool

I\'d like to thank everyone at Team Fusion for a great afteroon at Studio Liverpool. The game is looking fantastic and playing like a dream. It\'s good to know that the future of Wipeout is in such safe hands.

After a good play of the game I can confirm that it is going to be awesome - everything I\'d hoped it would be and more. Look out for a full review and the answers to all your questions in the very near future.

For almost two hours I played an absolutely Awesome game yesterday. It is amazing - the particle effects, the speed, the variety of game modes, the colours - the magical pit lane effects, the high speed explosion when either you or another craft expires... everything about Wipeout Fusion is superb... rarely have I seen a game so polished, so honed to perfection that I just have to take a deep breath and go "wow!"

But that was yesterday. The freshly burned master disk that I played has stayed behind in Studio Liverpool and I\'m back in London. I played Wipeout Fusion in a room with a huge amp and Dolby 5.2 surround system.

I\'m having an early night tonight... and perhaps I\'ll do that every night from now until Wipeout Fusion arrives and I\'m allowed to play with it for as long as I want.

You can trust me when I tell you that Wipeout Fusion - the officially licenced product of the F9000 Racing Federation - really will be the must have gift for all Wipeout fans.

Wipeout Fusion is the future..."

Its a contender for my most wanted game of 2002

The thought of building your own ships with all kinds of weapons and or speed devices sounds like a fun time

its a game that should be online ASAP
