You could also say that Sony would buy all of the best Xbox titles (Halo, DOA.3, PGR etc...) since Sony is a much bigger company than Microsoft and has a heck of a lot more money to spend than MS.

Like Kirath said, Sony dwarfes MS is terms of Revenue and size. And it seems that a lot of people forget that.

No no no, what i meant was, alot of people reckoned that the DC would outshine the PS2, but it didnt, even though the DC was released a year earlier.

I know you could put it the other way around and say the same for XBOX, but we are looking at two complety different senario\'s.

PS2\'s userbase is too large for it to crumble.

Right, Racer I agree with you.The Dreamcast was a good console in my opinion, with some quality titles and I still can\'t figure out why Sega decided to kill off the Dreamcast...(well sales are the reason I know that)
The PS2 looks like a heater but like the saying goes "never underestimate the power of playstation!"
I think Sony has a huge fan base and has established itself in millions upon millions of homes across europe so they obviously can be doing anything wrong.
I myself own one and believe I will get 4 maybe 5 good years from my machine even though I\'ll chill out on my brothers X-Box.
With great games like GTA3, MGS2, DMC, J&D, SH2, SR2...(the list goes on) how can they fail?
I know MS will have some great games but graphics mean Jack s**t if you can complete it in a couple of hours.

Yes, there`s something wrong with those numbers. Sony is #20 of the worlds biggest companies. Microsoft is somewhere in the 70s. Just look at http://www.forbes.com
