I started off with vertical but then I got tired of it making those horrible grinding noises :(  so now it sits on its box horizontal.

Well I for one keep mine vertical....why you might ask....well the answer is simple....I bought this vetical stand, and I\'ll be damned if I\'ll let it go to waste.

Horizontal.  Used to be vertical until my nephew drop my ps2, (I don\'t have the stand).  Afraid he is going to broke my ps2 so I just put it horizontal.
