It seems to piss off some of you guys when some mentions another system.

The fact of the matter is that the PS2 is playing those games right now.  Xbox owners have to wait.  Graphically superior, extra stuff, it\'s stuff that most people could do without, especially considering the price tag of the xbox.  

I bought the xbox for halo and the other launch games, I could care less about the PS2 ports that are on the way.

I wouldn\'t want to wait a whole year for a port of a game that I\'ve already played either (except for maybe MGS2X because I really want to see Konami work their magic on the Xbox ).  But to be fair, for the people who don\'t already have a PS2, those extra features in the ports make buying an Xbox even better.

GTA3 wont go to x-box......... the feds wont alow it. If its gonna be taken off the shelvesfor ps2 they will not release gta3 on another console. Plus even if it does release on x-box the parents will know btter to let their youngens get the game.

GTA3 is still selling everywhere, so I don\'t know what you\'re talking about (and I don\'t think you know either).  And how many "youngens" own an Xbox?  The Xbox is targetted at the older audience just like the PS2 is.  GTA3 is coming to the Xbox early next year if I remember correctly, whether you want it to or not.  Quit trying to bash the Xbox for the sake of bashing the Xbox, because it gets you nowhere.

Earlier this year the head of konami said that he is not working on a mgsx for the x box and does not plan to.. its all rumors. so that enought with that one....

and they all rock or will rock! no other consoles...

there are a ton more to.

x box does not have the games to compete with ps2 at this moment, but give it a couple of years and who knows.  all i know is that the ps2 is much better overall than the x box and GC.. you go into stores and they say, well ps2 is they system if you want the best titles, and most versatality.....

but who knows in a year or to...

Do you have a link to this info?  Ryu posted in a different thread a Q&A with Kojima.  He says that MGSX is still on the way.

I agree with everything else you said though, except for DMC being exclusive.  DMC is exclusive for 1 year, but after that I wouldn\'t be surprised if the Xbox got it too.  I also wouldn\'t be surprised if RE4 was ported over to the PS2 and Xbox after the deal with Nintendo expires.  That\'s just how Capcom is.  They will milk each series for all that they\'re worth.

It is constitutionally impossible to ban GTA3 for its content for any reason

GTA3 was made for the 18 and over crowd, and comparing GTa3 to some popular monives makes GTA3 seem like Disney. If they were to ban GTA3 they\'d have to ban most of Hollywood and neither situation will happen do to the US constitutional ammendments

I heard that Soul Calibur 2 is a NGC exclusive and it\'s being made on a Nintendo arcade board.  I also heard that the Final Fantasy series was going multi-platform, and that the Xbox was getting Chrono Cross X exclusively.  Obviously, these were just rumors just like what you\'ve heard at this point.  

If it turns out that GTA3 somehow gets taken off the shelves (VERY unlikely), then what you are saying will actually mean something.  But until then, it\'s just another useless bullet fired at the Xbox\'s impenetrable armor from another PS2 fanboy -- and there really isn\'t a need for that (as you have probably seen from how we\'ve been treating all the newbie PS2 fanboys in the past few days ).
