Game Cube style controller for PS2 ?

Has anyone seen any information on 3rd party companys making PS2 controllers that are set up like Game Cube controllers?  This would be great I would buy 2.  Let me know if this is true or just a rumor.

I doubt it.  Unless they added an extra shoulder button, made the two analog sticks have that "click" button (R3 and L3), and made every button analog, it wouldn\'t work very well with PS2 games.

So in other words, they could be making a controller that is kind of like the NGC controller.  But it would be changed so much that it wouldn\'t really feel like a NGC controller.

HEY NOW....  I just think the controller "Feels" better.
I like the setup of the PS2 controller.
If just the shape was changed, nothing else, then I would buy them.

Have you used the Game Cube controller, or will they not let you do that in prison???:rolleyes:

I wouldn\'t mind a GC controller either, but I\'m sure there are copyright restrictions.
