How Do You Vent?

How do you guys get out your pent-up aggression that stems from job/chicks/STUPID PEOPLE/etc.?  

My source of release used to be video games but now they just pump me up more.  Writing usually works for me but I have recently found the most theraputic thing ever....chopping down trees.:)

Just go out in the woods (make sure its not private property), pick a tree, focus all your aggressions onto it and hack away.  After that s.o.b. falls the sense of calm is unbelievable.  You just have to try it.

i used to get away from reality with videogames ! but for a time now it does not work anymore ! so i used to right , poems , feelings to let it all out .. but now my life is even worst and i can\'t write anymore , lost my inspiration , now i dunno what to do anymore .... :(

Well jp.. Judging by your sig, you should try beer... lol..

Anyway, the thing that I do is pick up a Krylon spray can, put on a fat cap, and go spraying away.. wohoo. I went out last night.. :) I\'ll get you guys some pictures someday.

I have a dog a cat and 2 aquariums to keep up so that sometimes works

Hardcore sex, but me and my wife work opposite shifts so I\'m reduced to getting some on weekends only pretty much.

Beat the shyt out of yourself.

It may sound dumb but what the hell, you can get a hell of a lot of anger out, and it doesnt break any laws such as assualt and battery.
