Another fun way to play madden if you\'re up to the challenge

Try playing the game completely as a GM. Simulate games. If you\'re a smart GM, you can make your team a success. It takes time and patience. You\'re team will probably suck when you first start playin the game this way, but  you\'d be suprised how addicting it is to just see your guys evolve over time. Make sure you always check on your players progress and make substitutions when playing like this. One more thing, and this if for EA, I\'m still waiting for my Preseason mode. I really need them to see just how good my rooks and backups are and see who I can rely on.

I totally agree with that! The excitment for me is playing the game!!

I mean, you can still see if your a good GM by actually playing the game as well.

Unless your me and you make all players all-stars.

Actually I found it pretty fun for a while.
