Just Completed Jak And Daxxter but I need help on this phenomenal game...

I\'ve just beaten Gol And Maia at the end of the game and after the credits Keira said that that I need all 100 power cells to open the Precursor Door but I\'m only 85% into it...
I\'m amazed by the size of this game and if u don\'t own it already you are very unlucky and have to get it straight away...
I need to get 15 orbs but there are a few that have evaded me...here are a few which have been REALLY hard to get...

1)I can\'t cure all the sick eco plants in Precursor Basin,they keep growing back...any tips?

2)Where are all the dark eco crystals in Spider Cave? I\'ve only found two...

3)How do you get the power cell in Misty Island?it\'s the one where you get powered up by the blue eco and the platform takes you to it.I just can\'t get to it in time, cause if I rush I keep dying...

4)I\'m having trouble killing all the tree lurkers in Spider cave as when I try going to the other side...just by bad luck I keep dying and as you die, the enemies, like the dynamite boxes return...
Is there an easy way to do this?

Most of the others are just missing scout flies...
I\'d be pretty grateful if anybody could help me...
Oh yeah I have one thing to say...CRASH WHO?

well im near the end, i got  92% the worms are easy, you have shoot them a few times, i just stood in the yellow eco, then spent ages shooting them in first person, i remeber 2 of the dark crystal are in the bottom of some water, one is near the spider cave i think, one is near a place with loadsa moving platforms......




help, i have to get so many power cells so i can go on the bike thing, im in the red sages house, but i dont know where to go to get on it as i have about 20 more powercells than i need!!!!!



1 i cant (pc) get is near the cart is the place with lava theres a box, you gotta go shoot it, but i cant get there in time, any help

For the plants in Precursor Basin I had just gone back to the Green eco vent a number of times. Got them all after 5 Mins or so of this.
If i remember correctly where the carts are one end goes to Spider Cave the other to the Zoomer
As for the box near the carts go into Spider Cave go up to the Yellow eco vent on the left use the dive roll while heading back up to the box when u can, stop on the second last ledge on the righthand side goto first person and shoot like crazy at the box. If ur lucky that\'ll be maybe 4 shots
And the tree lurkers goto the yellow eco vent on the lefthand side of the cave stand on it goto first person kill as may as possiable then head back towards the exit but around the top u  should find that way is alot easier to get to the other vent/s if my memory correct.
Edit: For the two dark eco crystals they are probably the ones in the cave on the righthand side of where u enter Spider Cave about half way up the wall, theres alot of dark eco in there but theres also some ponds of water jump in them dive to the bottom touch the crystal and swim to the surface
