How is Star Trek: Voyager Elite Force?

I read somewhere that the framerate on this game was a problem.  Has anyone played the game yet?  If so could you post your comments, specifically regarding the framerate.  Unfortunately I am susceptible to motion sickness and choppy framerates tend to make me nauseous.  Your comments would be greatly appreciated (not to mention possibly saving me $50).

It\'s a direct port from the PC version. Ports like that are most often not very good. The game it self is fine though, one of the few good Star Trek games.
