Ok this is the thing, I wanna buy 2 games before the New Year:

Choices:

Knockout Kings: A fun game, to play with friends while having some kind of simulation in it.

FFX: Don\'t know anything about this game, nothing on the characters, yes I know its been about as popular as MGS2 but i dont follow RPG\'s, but Im considering this game because it has long playability.

Max Payne (PC): Im in love with this game, but I dont\' want it for PS2 cause I heard the PC version is much better.


So help me out OR feel my wrath!!!

Knockout Kings - I was reading a preview and this could actually be an improvement from last years version.
There\'s more boxers and EA sports have concentrated on the realism of the sport instead of just going all out with punches.
Like Ready To Rumble in a way, u have to concentrate on good moves and sheer skill instead of just going all out punching.

I\'ve heard FFX will last a very long time but thats only if u like RPGs as I hate them and won\'t go near it but the previewers have all said that this one will be tough.

Max Payne, I completed this on PC and my cousin got it on import on the ps2 cause it\'s only out here in January and the Port is almost perfect except for a few framerate slowdowns (ie gunfights, cutscenes) It\'s a superb game and there aren\'t many other shooters out there worth £45 on the PS2 apart from Halflife and maybe James Bond AUF

I would try Final Fantasy X.

I was not into RPG\'s and I wondered why anyone would want to play one.

My room-mate bought one to play on my system.  When I moved out on my own I took it with me.

I finaly got curious and played it.  (Best thing I ever did for my gaming preference)

To sum it up;  RPG\'s are like sex...  once you\'ve had the experience you will probably want to do it again.  But there\'s nothing quite like that first time....

Ha Ha I hate RPGs so the expierience of sex for me if u could put it in terms of a game was Jak And Daxter, a nice little package which took hors of my life away and left me breathless...
well everything except I didn\'t ejaculate during my time playing it lol

The only things I can remember is that Sonic the hedgehog took my childhood away from me!

I\'d go for FFX.

Yer gettin 2 games right? Well I\'d go for FFX and Max Payne. FFX is good, the graphics are awesome.. played the demo at my cuz\'s house, plus I hear it comes with the preview for FFOnline. I\'m sure it\'d give you hours more entertainment than Knockout Kings.

I\'d also choose Max Payne just BECAUSE it\'s the PC version. By the time you get bored with it, I\'m sure the net will be littered with Mods, Total Conversions, fan made lvls, and tons of new skins. That\'ll send replayability thru the roof compaired to any game on a console. Not to mention that while I\'m not completely sure about this, I\'m fairly positive it has some Online Multiplayer options also...

If anything, just rent FFX(when you can) and see for yourself. I beleive this game is gonna be unreal! But hence the fact my money situation is kinda low right now Im gonna have to wait for his game.

The other game Id recommend is Jak n Daxter or MGS2, unless you already have them, go for Max Payne.. Ive heard its not all that bad, Its a Matrix type game.

even if you dont know if you like it, buy it, and play for a few hpours and youll be hooked....... i got ff7 when it came out, played for a bit, turned it off and took it back...so many months/year later i bought it as i wanted a long game, it was platinuim......after about 3 hours you work out how to do the fights and the story line sucks you in!!!!



if you dont like it you can always take it back
