But then look of the history of the very DOA series and you\'ll see that just because they said that then, doesn\'t mean that it won\'t be ported in the future. Perhaps they did not want to make an announcement too early; DOA3 is one of Xbox\'s big selling titles, announcing a PS2 version too early would have stunted Xbox sales a tad and ultimately hurt both their and Microsoft\'s sales with the Xbox. This developer is a third party developer, they can do whatever they want with their games and say whatever they want; they will always do what seems like the most sensible business move to them.
PS2 and Xbox are both next generation systems. DOA3 has a slightly more significant graphical level than what PS2 is allegedly capable of. But the fact of the matter is, each system is capable of pulling off incredible graphics that we would have never dreamt of seven years ago. Even if DOA3 wouldn\'t look quite as excellent on PS2 as it does on Xbox, it would still look
good.
