Alright the scenario is set last night at 9:00 p.m. there\'s a dance and you see the girl you like show up.  You wait it out until 11:45 to ask her to dance her friends say she\'s sick, you say well damn that sux.  5 minutes before the ball drops there\'s one more dance and now here comes the twist--she dances with some other guy?:mad:  Excuse me but weren\'t you so damn sick that you had a bad headache and you almost didn\'t want to stay then you go and dance with some other guy?  Hmm, guess she wasn\'t that ****ing sick after all.:rolleyes: Now let me get this straight, I ask her to dance she says no now that make 1 rejection in 2002(oh boy!).  So as I said before the count has begun already.  To tell you the least I was a little uh po\'ed after I came home and I think she knew it.  So that makes me to ask her for nothing now.:mad: Seems like everytime we talk it goes north then last night it headed south, what the **** is going on?:confused:

EDIT: I would just like to ask her am I really such a bad guy?:(  And this question has been asked a lot over the years but what do women look for in a guy?:confused:  So now I come here to ask fellow members this:  If she calls or AIMs me do I either

just bring up last night, ask her what she was thinking

Either she likes you or not man, u cant change that.

If she doesnt like you, find someone that does, ther\'re plenty of women to go around:D

Woah woah woah, in your league?  There are no leagues, brother.

I bet that\'s your problem.  Not enough confidence.  I\'ll confess that was my problem.  Next time you\'re talking to her, suck it up and just level with her.  Tell her what\'s on your mind, you know you want her to know it anyway.

And while you\'re doing it, look her in the eye like you\'re saying "You know you want me - just look at me!"  Confidence will take you far.

Whatever happens, just hang in there.  If you\'re like I was, you\'ll probably be able to fall for a different girl every other week.  Just be confident and say what you want her to hear.

i mean i know you like her and all but hey there are always more girls

try to figure out why she didnt want to dance and then drop it after that

dont try to make anything big out of it or you may lose her as a friend too and i doubt you want that to happen

The first thing you should do is STOP COUNTING REJECTIONS!
That\'s bound to put you in a bad mindset. I remember what high school was like, and I had my share of rejections and thwarted advances. But looking back at it now, I don\'t even remember some of the girls names. Sure, every red-blooded teenager wants to knock a piece off, but you really shouldn\'t be chasing some girl who obviously doesn\'t want to be with you in that way.
Move on, you\'ll feel better about yourself for doing it. Empower yourself. Gain confidence. Not that I\'m an expert, but I do learn from my own mistakes. Looking back (I just had my 10 yr. reunion)
I can\'t believe how worked up I used to get over chicks who are now overweight, divorced white-trash skanks. Take it easy, bro.
