GTC Africa any good?

I have heard this games graphics is second to none. Is it really that good graphically? Shots on the net look crap, but everyones says its beautiful.

I have seen a preview on the DVD that comes with PSM2 and PSW.  They reckon that the graphics are only good on the jungle looking stages.  They aslo say that the handling is crap.  I have not played it yet but have only seen those previews.:D

Has anyone here played it yet?

Personally to me it looked...ok, but I am not sure.  I would rather be saving my money for NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 (http://ps2.ign.com/previews/17189.html) which will be here in April (South Africa).  I just wish that the developers will start creating more quality racing games for the PS2.:(

Steer clear m8.. i managed to pick up a new copy for £20 and i still felt ripped off. luckily i traded it in
at another shop for £24 so everyones a winner lol.

i think this sums it up perfectly, i havent played it as ive heard it sucked, ive seen a dvd of it and it looked very ordinary in graphics, maybe even a bit below par!!!

this game is rubbish im taking my copy back for a full refund tomorrow and im buying a nice new pair of jeans!!!!
