The Saffire developed Barbarian is described as an action fighter with a planned back-plot and non-linear storyline. Barbarian has10 playable characters from different class types, more than 300 quests and some enormous, multi-layered and interactive fighting arenas. In addition to the story aspects that have never been this deep in a fighting game, this game also promises a lot of RPG elements including the ability to build up your character throughout the game and choose different paths. Below you\'ll find the game\'s key features and a list of the barbarians that you can use in the game as written by the game\'s publisher, Titus.

The game sounds good on paper but who knows, when is the game scheduled to come out???

Sound pretty cool but the graphics look pretty average to me.  Hopefully they will learn a few tips from namco on how to make a weapon fighter(soul cailbur).:fro:

Ive heard about this game a long time ago and all I hear is good hype. So maybe its worth playing. But then again the budget is kinda low. Thank god for rentals!!!

This seems like a weird title. I\'ll have to try it out... Who knows...maybe it\'ll offer something "original"...

looks a bit crappy if you ask me, the game might be good, but when i saw the thread i thought it was the game barbarian, as in like the one i had on our amstrad, it was a sd fighting game, and you could chop there heads off, when you did this little troll thing would drag there body off the screen, and kick there head of it too.....babarian 2 was different though, i was a scolling 1p game!!  it was ok, but not as good, does anyone else remeber it??

yep, i had that game on commadore.. and part 2.  I also thought this is what i\'ld be looking at.. but in 3D.

I hope this game is like that version i always loved.

i can remeber some time after the ps1 had come out, i went round a friends house, i saw a old computer in is house, and discovered that game after i hadnt played it for so long, we loaded it up, and spent hours playing it ( the first one that is)
