Somehow I think LucasArts finds the NGC easier :rolleyes:
Anyway these are early build Jedi Starfighter pics for PS2 with
a somewhat tweaked Starfighter engine. Imo Rogue Leader
kicks this one\'s butt !

Pacman is considered the best videogame in the history, and it isn\'t due to its marvelous graphics. Obviously, the graphics in GC Starfighter are much better and detailed but a game not only are graphics.

I think looks rather good.. Seems alot free\'er than RL2 for GC..

But Ive learned not to trust LucasArts to much.. :(

It\'s not hard for Rogue Leader to kick another space shooter\'s butt....because well..... it\'s Rogue Leader.....it\'s that good. But that doesn\'t mean that this game won\'t be good. I will admit though that after playing Rogue Leader you can become spoiled and find it hard to play anything else that doesn\'t quite match Rogue Leader\'s excellence.

Why do people keep going on about it isn\'t about graphics, graphics are very important imo, if it was just about gameplay then why come out with a console that can do better graphics every 5 years?
And i don\'t like the look of that game at all, it just doesn\'t look like star wars to me.

yeah i agree that graphics are the most important thing, but it is needed, i hate games with bad pop up, like a few feet ahead of you ( crazy taxi) it just makes the game more annoying!!! gameplay is more important but i still want game that look nice


ie fifa 2002 looks better

pro evo plays better

i have pro evo!!!

If it improves a little on the 1st games gameplay then this one will kick ass

I thought the 1st Starfighter was real good but not great. Make Jedi Starfighter great with the already obvioulsy improved graphics from the 1st and I\'m more then happy

i am still trying to get over how bad the film (episode one :the phantom menace) was, after watching that my love for all things Star wars took a noise dive.

have to get empire strike back on DVD to rekindle my love with this.

Phantom Menace was fine in comaprison to the 1st 3

it followed the exact same formula that made the 1st 3 succesful

and I will see the next in theatres when it comes out

yeah but for one in my life i took back every nasty thing i ever said about the ewoks when Mr Jar Jar binks showed his ugly face ;)

hey may be they will kill him off in the next film ... heres hopping that they do...

well Star Wars is a family movie designed for Mothers andf Fathers to Bring there kids along

Jar Jar Binks was part of the formula and no different then Ewoks

the real problem with the Phantom menace is almostr all of us Star Wars fans grew up since then and no longer associate as closely to the Star Wars Formula for success

well i thought jar jar binks sucked, the graphics were not very good!!

i never really liked the ewoks either though


does anyone know if i can get starwars dvds but not the ones with extra scenes, or that badly animated singer in return of the jedi in jabbas place...the blue fuzzy thing, if memory serves me right

umm actually there is more reasons for a new console every 5 years

1. people like new things
2. only real gamers care bout gameplay - casual gamers are all over graphics
3. AI is a big upgrade with each console heck PS2 has processors for just AI

theres three reasons at least im tired its late so nite all

Look my whole point is that  a new console is broughty out every 5 years, that can push more poly\'s which gives you better GRAPHICS!
So graphics play a big part today.

graphics may not be rogue leader quality but the first StarFighter was awesome.  I actually found that StarFighter\'s space missions felt more like space that rogue leader\'s.  I love these star wars flight shooter games :)
