I think you about covered it ooseven.. but here\'s a few refinements to your list...
1. People with DBZ names. Now, nothing bad about DBZ directly, but do you people have any idea how ANNOYING it is to go into a game only to find nothing but SSJin\'s, Vegetas, and Majin\'s running around. 90% of these people are increadibly stoopid and for some reason insist on making their Stoopidity even more blaringly apparant by screaming racist and/or sexist comments at the top of their lungs for the duration of the entire game.
2. In PSO their called Lobby Humpers.. idiots (See: DBZ named characters) who run around and get behind other players.. regardless of sex.. and begin twitching behind them as if their humpin em. Also, there are guys who play female characters and go around flirting & talking dirty with other guys. Ain\'t nothing wrong with playin female characters.. but actin like that is jus sick.
3. I don\'t mind the shorthand. Yer playin a game after all, and should spend more time actually playing than chit chatting.. expecially when under enemy fire. I just can\'t stand the people who abuse the chat features.. expecially text colors. Does EVERY SINGLE LETTER in the sentice HAVE to be a different color?!?
4 & 5. Covered. Lag of any kind sucks.
6. And also campers who will spend 80% of the game hiding around powerup and weapon respawns and won\'t even think of moving until they have enough ammo and health to singlehandedly win the war in Afghanistan. Not only does it make them much tougher to beat, but they take the good items as soon as they respawn so that noone else can get them.
7. Bah, it could be worse.. and will be. At least their jus spamming the Medic request. Just wait till FFOnline and yer trying to meet with your buddies while some jerkoff is CONSTANTLY filling the text window with garbage and Racist comments. You really can\'t get away from them either... they\'re everywhere.
8. I dunno bout that.. the only shooter I play is QIII and.. uh.. there is no friendly fire in that game.

Here\'s some of my own...
9. Powermongers. People who are only looking out for their own fun, and will instantly gravitate to the most powerful weapon in the game(often hacked) and will decimate an entire lvl before most of the other players have a chance to make it past the first room.
10. Singleplayers in a Multiplayer game. People who don\'t understand that online games are more than jus chatrooms attached to their games. These people have absolutely no concept of teamwork, sharing, helping, or any other method or raising the enjoyment of the game for everyone. (See: DBZ named characters)
11. Cheaters. That\'s the big one. I don\'t mind people who are going to cheat in my games.. as long as they have everyone\'s permission first and don\'t ruin it for the rest of us. Nothing worse than trying to get those last 2 lvls so that you can play the next difficulty lvl.. and only bein able to get 100exp because some dikhead (See: Powermonger-DBZ names) with a +99/320%in all areas/Spread needle can ~ and does ~ kill everything in the room in 1 shot. Then there\'s the people who Walk thru Walls, and won\'t touch a single monster in the lvl.. but instead proseeds directly to each boss and slays them all without telling you until he\'s done.. at which point he exits the game.
12. Cheating. This is different than cheaters, because these are groups of people who cannot buy Xploders or will not learn Hex and cheat on their own. Instead, they wait around aimlessly until they find a cheater to leech off of. To them, the game isn\'t playable unless they have the best of everything.. and they are absolutely NOT willing to earn it. I can\'t tell you how many times I\'ve tried to explain something in the game to a leecher and get a blank stare in response. Something even as simple as elemental properties of monsters is FAR beyond them.
13. Killer Cheaters/Copy Pasters. These guys are truely annoying. They hang around in large groups showing off their clan symbols like some sort of digital gangster.. talkin shyt and "acting" tough. They\'ll usually do it while preforming some menial cheat BS like walking thru a wall. 99.99% of these people do not make their own codes, just copy someone elses and then take credit for it. Almost all of their codes are harmful as well. These are the people who are the most beligerant and hateful, because they know that curtain of anonyminity is there in the Internet.. and to them that\'s a free pass to pull off whatever evil they want to without reprimand. They will go from game to game, nochalauntly killing other players in a myrid of different ways.. most of which today are permenant and/or damaging to your system and files.
