Are deus ex and drakan ports from the old games? or are they totally new.

also which of these games have potential to be the caliber that MGS2 and GTA3 are? I\'ve seen the xbox lineup and I\'m impressed, the ps2 lineup has alot of games but none really stick out to me.

Deus Ex is rumoured to be a bad port to the PS2 even though they can handle some of the pcs power...
the basic stuff like graphics and gameplay will be there but there may be stuff like slowdown of framerates as deus ex on the pc gobbled up a lot of it\'s power...it depends on what resolution they will decide to port it on and so on...
don\'t worry, like Max Payne (played the import ps2 version) it will have a few framerate slowdowns but no need to worry it will impress...
as for drakan they have said that it could be an almost exact port with maybe an even better graphics engine (look at what they did to Halflife on the PS2)

Don\'t forget the two tennis games coming out, Tennis 2k2 and the ATP one those should be fun for even none tennis players.

deus ex is not a bad port on the psm demo the video looks better than the pc version and from what i saw the ps2 version doesnt suffer any sort of a drop inframe rate

I would wager that if you liked GTA3, then State of Emergency is one you will have to own also.

I didnt think ps2 was going to make a dragonball Z game, It\'ll probably be sweet

whats the big deal about Herdy Gerdy, what kind of game is it anyway?
