I\'ve been there before. While she changes for the hundreth time, you\'re stuck standing around the store, which of course doesn\'t have a chair to sit on. So you have to do something and whether it be looking at all the girly stuff (not knowing whether to be interested in it or if you should ignore it so people don\'t think you\'re shopping for yourself or something), watching the other girls, standing in place like a moron, or anything, really - you feel like a jack ass.
About the only thing you can do to salvage some dignity is hope she\'ll let you watch her change - but don\'t think her coming out to show you each bathing suit counts. They all suck and you end up feeling like a jackass again when you still have to tell her they\'re great.
And for Christ\'s sake, don\'t let her sucker you into holding her purse!
