Me thinks it cause there both different - one is for like general pics, the other one is for like sexiest member.

Why are they stickies though?

There\'s a sticky in the Rants and Raves section too.  I think someone got excited.  I think it would take 3 months to have your thread get knocked off in the rants and raves section.
