Weird things are happening with my PS2???
« on: January 11, 2002, 03:27:07 AM »
I bought the Official Playstation 2 magazine and loaded the DVD, watched all the videos and played all the playable demos.  Now it suddenly does not want to work.  Take it to my friends house and it works - no problem. (Yes, the same guy that checked my memory card - check thread "Memory Card Problem")

I went back to my house and used the CD lens cleaner and still it does not work.  Now listen to this- All...repeat...all my other PS2 games work (9).  Including CD and DVD driven games.

If anyone has advise then it will be great!!

Thanks

P.S. - Sorry for all these hassles i\'m giving you guys but my PS2 is my life!!
A word of advice:

In the working world there is only two ships that sink: 1.) a Battle ship, and 2.) Partnership

For kicks, try turning on the DIAGNOSIS function. Then put in the disc.
