What game should I get next?

Im in the UK so no MGS2 / FFX for me yet. Also out of the new games I already own GTA3, Silent Hill 2 and THPS3. Im thinking of something along the lines of Baulders Gate: DA, Pro Evo Soccor, Jax and Dexter, Max Payne, Devil May Cry or prehaps wait for State of Emergency or Wipeout Fusion.

Any opinions ?

Devil May Cry is awesome and offers non stop action, but BGDA is a fun multiplayer game and offers a solo multiplayer experience.

The hell it is

great techical achievement but a boring as hell been there donew that before game.

J+D is one the years biggest dissapointment for me

BG: DA was good but became so friggin repetitive I prayed for it to end

Thanks for the opinions.

DDaryl we must have the same taste in games because you play the games before me and your opinion is usually if not always what I predict the game would be like. I mean J+D is basically a same old platform game and I could imagine BG: DA too become repetitve so if you like Devil May Cry and others have, DMC it is then, well maybe, probably. :)

What do you mean... "well, maybe, probably" ?!?

Just get DMC, if you like action games even a bit, you won\'t regret the purchase. I\'m playing it through for the third time now, on hard, gives a nice challenge. An infuriating one at that, yes, but there\'s nothing quite like the feeling you get after slaughtering a seemingly impossible monster blocking your progress.

Or then you might just hate it. Can\'t see why, though :p

Why not try Splashdown or ATV offroad fury,  

They both provide lots of hours of fun.  I\'ve had ATV for over a year and saturday night I played it for 6 hours in multiplayer.  

Both are wonder games.

MGS2 and FFX are awesome. Just be patient

If u want a challenge try James Bond Agent Under Fire and start in the easiest setting on JB:AUF on the first and second level then quit and start on the harder settings it\'s a challenge just finishing the levels let alone trying to get both the gold and platinum rewards on every level...
I\'m up to level 9 at the moment!
It\'s a great game!
Devil May Cry is the best game out at the moment and u owe it to yourself to buy it and make sure you finish it like I did on all the difficulties cause it\'s huge!
The fast paced action and non stop blood and guns just keeps you on your toes!
buy them both!
Halflife is also good but I finished it early and the controls are annoying!

either devil may cry as its amazing, and has good replay value

or pro evo, its very cool, plus has excellent replay value, and is sooooooo coooooollllll in multiplayer

j & d is very good, a bit short, i usually hate platformers, but this is soooooo good, that ive over exgarated the so!!!!

Jak and Daxter is very fun the first time through but there is little replay value

DMC I didn\'t like at all, everybody besides me loves it, but I don\'t like one thing about it

Never played that Soccer game

Baldurs Gate has a really fun Co-op but the single player experience gets repetitive quick

Its a tough one but I think DMC gets it. I just hope I don\'t complete it on day one. :)

Ill bump it straight onto hard difficulty.

cant do that!!! you start on normal, if you die in the first 3 levels, it asks you to go on easy, if it does say no, it meant to be tooooooo easy if you do that!!!!! its quite a challenge, you dont get hard mode till you completed it once!!
