The title says it

for me it\'s usually something like Papa Roach, Offspring, something that gets you amped up. But every once in a while I listen to Nsync but I usually end up bursting a blood vessle, and throwing an EZ-bar at the CD player.

Pantera, System of a Down, Static-X, Metallica, the Spawn soundtrack. I usually like punk/ska/emo but you need the crazy music for working out.

oh I\'m an idiot, I forgot my number 1 favorite band to listen to while working out, Greenday, I also usually start of by ,listening to CKY-96 quite bitter beings. I also like Motorheads entrance theme for Triple H.

Any one of the three Garbage CDs...They are some of the few albums I can actually listen all the way through.

You know ever since I went to a concert of theirs last May I\'ve almost lost interest in them...almost. I\'m still anticipating their final jokers card.
