Well dark, just follow the link there. It\'s the Kenwood HTB-504. Costs around $500 at retail stores (ie- Circuit City), but etronics has it for $385.
It comes with DD, DTS, DPL II, CS 5.1, and many DSP modes (though I only use the first 5 I listed). You can\'t buy a better deal than this. DPL II is just sooo amazing when watching regular cable, VHS, and other 2-channel sources. I use CS 5.1 for GT 3 and the game engulfs you with the sound of revving engines moving from your left to your right.
It is fully compatible with your PS2 with 2 optical and 2 coaxial digital inputs. The sub kicks with room rumbling sound and I haven\'t heard mine bottom out after it was broken in.
Only gripe is the speakers. They sound hollow with very little warmth. You can always upgrade to a new speaker package later, but they are strictly made for movies. Music will show where they really hurt.
