*looks at the Japanese controller*
Ah yes, the infamous impossible-to-reach d-pad. If the Japanese supposedly have smaller hands, why is the Japanese controller d-pad so much harder to reach than the US counterpart? It\'s almost as if the controller designers are trying to make the d-pad obsolete this generation. I\'m sorry, but I\'ll never be able to use the analog sticks for fighting games. It just isn\'t going to happen.
The face-button layout is a lot better though IMO. They look a lot more spaced out (almost exactly like the PS2 face buttons), and the B/W buttons look much easier to reach.
Why they put the "Start" and "Back" buttons at an easier to reach place than the d-pad though is beyond me. Why ruin a great pad by having such an obvious mistake?
Oh, and while I\'m on this "down with Xbox controller" rant, it still lacks 4 shoulder buttons/triggers. Two shoulder buttons = TEH SUCK.
