Ah yes, that special time is approaching.  That special romantic day in Februray that the card and flower companies just love to see guys squeezing their wallets for a pitiful chance at some good loving from the opposite sex. (or whatever you prefer, ahem)

VALENTINE\'S DAY!

What is the thing that you have done (or planning on doing) that has scored you some major points with your lady?  Im desperate...please.

I didn\'t do this for V-Day, but it could work.  
I wrote a 4 stanza poem and cut it into 4 pieces.
I had a friend when she got off work take 4 white roses and 1 piece of poem, drop it at door, ring door bell, run.

Then again at 8pm.

Then again with 3 roses at 10 pm.

I then got home with one red rose and the end of the poem at 11pm.  She cried.

We still have the roses.  That was when I proposed to her. about 5 1/2 years ago

I am about to share with you the girl-winningest thing I\'ve ever heard.  I could never do it, because it\'s too original to take, but some of you might be able to use it.

Anyway, buy a puzzle.  Like 1000 pieces.  A pretty one with flowers or something.  Put the damn thing together and flip it onto the back using some poster board or whatever.

For here you will need to have written a long poem or possibly a decent-sized love letter or something that\'s lengthy and romantic.

Take out a pen and write it over on the back of the puzzle.  Mash it all up and put it back in the box.

Give your girl the puzzle and as she builds it she\'ll notice the writing, flip it over, and upon reading your poem her brain will melt and she\'ll only be able to go "awwwww..."  A winner is you.

LOL!!

If I was given a 1000-piece puzzle for Valentine\'s day, I can guarantee not only no sex, but no speakage for at least a day.  

It really does sound sweet, Eik :)  But Video\'s 4-piece puzzle is more up my alley.

Wow Vid, that was pretty touching. When I get married down the road, I\'ll do that as well. Hopefully this site will still be up and you\'ll still be around for me to tell if it worked or not. lol

Sorta like that book of tricks that was left behind for those guys to use in American Pie... :laughing:
