Rather have the speedy net connection. You can upgrade your PC any time, but if your computer is used to surf the net and whatnot 90% of the time like mine is, then that\'s what you want. If I had a P2 400 mhz PC with my DSL connection, I\'d still be happy. I\'d want to upgrade, but it would not be an absolute necessity. DSL, however, would be.

Well I chose good computer over high speed net, I got a 1ghz, 320 mb ram, 40 gb computer and ****ty 56k, Im soon to be upgrading to 1.5 or 2 ghz and 500+ ram

Powerfull computers need a fast connection, otherwise it is a waste of good hardware and not to mention money.

Fast connection definetly. I have cable, and its good, much better than 56gay, but there are times when I want to go down to Time Warner and punch someone in the face. Well, maybe not that bad. But as I always say, you can never have a too fast connection.
Ok maybe I\'ve never really said that before but, whatever, it works.
