So do you like this car?
« on: February 02, 2002, 07:49:45 AM »
OK, it\'s not a bug!!!  It\'s a Morris Minor!!

This is the car of the guy who does all the work on my TV show.  The car is scary fast.  It will certainly blow the doors off of any of the little imports you guys talk about all the time.

It looks like most of the engine is in the passenger compartment!  What does the interior look like?  What are the specs?

This thing is so modified it\'s scary.  Backseat is gone so they could move the seats back.  The engine actually bolts into the firewall.  In order to put the transmission in you have to take the floorboard out and drop it in through the cab.  I forget what motor it is, but it all fits under the hood.  It\'s amazing.

That thing is good at the drag races.

ie. straight line speed.

My mom can drive fast in a straight line too!

I\'ll stick with my Impreza.

We haven\'t run it on the dyno.  He has a leak in the intake so he is waiting till he fixes it.  THat was the third intake we built for the thing.  It sucks so hard it kept busting them.  The things you go through to get it all under the hood.  I think he has 1/8" to spare.

ditto, thats the last info I heard on the EVO\'s and STI\'s. Probably in late 2k2 as a 2k3 model.
