Just wondered what your views on the X-Box are?

I wouldn\'t mind buying one, but they cost too much for me :) I think they will visually be very good, and I worry that the PS2 will be able to fight back...

I am totally happy with my PS2, so many great games etc etc but already there are 3 games I want, which are on the X-Box and the machine isn\'t even out yet...hmmmmmmmm

This is not the perfect place to ask this :)  ...someone should move it in the Console-Debating...

Xbox has had a good start, but its best stuff is still ahaead

I personally think that by this Xmas Xbox will be appealing to many more people

Xbox\'s 2nd generation games are looking pretty cool IMO

It kicks butt...hopefully a price drop will take place by year\'s end.  That coupled with the huge line-up of potential must-haves coming out between now and then would put MS is a very good posistion, IMO.

I too feel that the best is yet to come, and I can\'t help thinking why MS didn\'t get started on the xbox 6 months earlier.

Oh well, Feb and March will tell if these "blockbusters" are for real or just hype.

Speaking of "blockbusters"...I think Brute Force has been pushed back to a fall release, along with Unreal Championship :(

Sega GT and House of the Dead 3 pushed back to June.  I\'m just going off of EB\'s release date\'s...don\'t know how much ground the hold?

Oh, well...there\'s still a pretty healthy line up in between...WRECKLESS In 2 days!!

Yeah I really feel Xbox will shine bright leading into the Xmas season

Most of the games will be slightly delayed like all anticiapted games.

Xbox should have a nice impressive healthy line up then like the PS2 had this Xmas

Also, xbox won\'t be getting every 3rd party game 6 months later, which willl help with mindshare.

But let\'s not get carried away, PS2 isn\'t going away and it\'ll be great next xmas, just like last.

I think the Xbox is great, i mean another console that will have great games, maybe even better then the PS2.
Gaming is very good at the moment.

a Strong X box will lead to greater games being release for the PS2 to counter, a greater line up of PS2 games will lead to increase of killer X box games ... and so on and on and on....


therefore we can conclude that

Greater compition between Sony and MS will lead to us getting Superb games on both.

Roll on the Console "war"  say I :D..........................

I\'m interested in Project Ego,Brute Force,Doom3,SegaGT2002,etc but again...the best has yet to come...XBox is a complex piece of hardware and I think we have to wait till second and third generation of games to see the real potential...
...just curious...how Virtua Fighter 5 will look like on the XBox?:D

Iron...I was so close to get the US XBox...but...damn...no enough money...now I\'m waiting for the Pal version:)

This Fall is going to be a war if you ask me.

That\'s when both Nintendo and Microsoft\'s 2nd generation games debut (regardless of what others have to say about the 2).

With Sega pulling out of the hardware business, it\'s going to be interesting how much/superb their offerings are going to be.

PS2 will be reaching it\'s 3rd generation (?), it might be showing a little age compared to Nintendo\'s Gamecube and MS\'s Xbox, but we will see.
